Returns
We guarantee to refund any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. Please note that bank fees may apply depending on your bank's policy. All our packages contain a return form to use when you send items back.
The Blue White is not responsiblle for the return cost, therefore it is recommended to choose a tracked service.
We make quality control in order to guarantee that you receive our products in excellent condition, however since your order is travelling a long way to get to you, we suggest that you check your item(s) as soon as you receive it and notify us within two (2) days of receipt in case you realise any irregularities or damages, as to ensure a hustle-free replacement. After this time window, we cannot accept the faulty item(s).
